Final 30% milestone paid prior to production deployment, full source code handover, and IP transfer.

Every scope comes with a fixed total quote. If a feature takes longer to build than planned, we cover the extra time.
Full IP & Source Code Ownership
Upon final payment, 100% of code, design files, database schemas, and AI workflow scripts belong entirely to you.
Mutual NDA Protection
We sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to accessing sensitive business systems or proprietary data.
Post-Launch Warranty Window
