Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Forgeline Studio website, services, and software delivery frameworks.
1. Scope of Engagement
Forgeline Studio provides custom software engineering, AI automation pipelines, digital products, and brand strategy. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in written proposals or master service agreements signed prior to project kickoff.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment of all project milestones (including the 30% final completion installment), full ownership rights to bespoke source code, visual design assets, and custom workflows transfer to the client.
3. Payment Terms & Milestones
Engagements operate on fixed milestone payments: 30% deposit upon project initiation, 40% upon midpoint review, and 30% upon final delivery. Invoices are payable within 7 business days of issuance.
4. Limitation of Liability
Forgeline Studio builds and validates software according to agreed technical specifications. We are not liable for third-party API outages, unexpected external service disruptions, or losses arising from client-directed specification changes.
5. Governed Law
These terms are governed by standard commercial practice and contract agreements agreed upon in client Statements of Work (SOW).
